Anoobas were large, canine animals native to Tatooine known for their sense of smell and extremely aggressive nature, making them difficult to tame. A single blade-like beak descended from the creature's jaw, allowing it to break through flesh and bone.
History[]
During the Clone Wars, several Anoobas were used by Osi Sobeck to chase after a large group of fugitives that had escaped the Citadel. They were all killed, but not before one of them mortally injured, Even Piell.
