Car Affa was a Weequay arms dealer during the Clone Wars.

He profited from illegally selling Republic military hardware to the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Affa lived in the lower crime-infested havens of Coruscant during the war until he was arrested by Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano. Once Affa was apprehended, he was taken to the Jedi Temple.
