Clan Saxon was a Mandalorian clan of House Vizsla. It was likely led by Gar Saxon.
History[]
During the Clone Wars, the Clan Saxon became a part of the Shadow Collective. Former Sith Lord Darth Maul created the Shadow Collective by uniting the Five Syndicates and originally used the Death Watch Clan as his military force. When Maul overthrew Pre Vizsla, the original leader of Death Watch, Maul himself became its new leader. Most of the Mandalorians that were a part of Death Watch were reluctant to Maul becoming their new leader, and under Bo-Katan Kryze they decided that Maul was not their true leader, and so left the Shadow Collective.
Following this "treason", Maul had to find a new military force and he found it in the Clan Saxon. The Clan Saxon first helped him escape a Separatist prison, and they ten fought beside him during the Battle of Ord Mantell, the Second Battle of Dathomir, and the Siege of Mandalore. During the Siege of Mandalore, they fought against Death Watch and the Galactic Republic that were led by former Jedi Padawan/Commander Ahsoka Tano and leader of the Death Watch Bo-Katan Kryze. It is a battle that the Clan Saxon lost, following what they were probably imprisoned as were Maul and Gar Saxon. Only for Maul he managed to escape his transport to Coruscant with the help of Ahsoka Tano, following what we do not know what happened to the Clan Saxon or Maul.
