Darts D'Nar was a male Zygerrian from the planet Zygerria. During the Clone Wars era, D'nar was affiliated with the Separatists, seeking revenge on the Jedi for the damage that they delivered to his homeworld and slave systems years before.

Darts, a Zygerrian leader, his tactical droid, and Count Dooku arrived on Kiros to enslave the planet's Togruta inhabitants. The Republic sent Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano to the planet along with a number of clone troopers to defend and save the colonists. In cooperation with the droid forces on the planet, D'nar planted several powerful explosive devices around the Togruta colony warning that if the Jedi did not surrender he would detonate these bombs killing many if not all of the near by colonists. Darts D'Nar and his tactical droid waited in the governor's office until Obi-Wan Kenobi came to "surrender" as a distraction for Anakin and Ahsoka to defuse the bombs in the city. Obi-Wan and Darts agreed to an unarmed fight and whoever won got their way, but Kenobi was badly beaten when Darts punched and threw Kenobi across the room. After Kenobi heard the bombs were defused, he got out his lightsaber. A droid contacted Darts and explained that there were two Jedi interfering. D'Nar was furious and tried to activate some bombs but none of them exploded. Darts had one more trick up his sleeve: he had a bomb on the back of his tactical droid. Darts threw the droid on Kenobi and escaped. Anakin and Ahsoka, with Kenobi, pursued Darts but he had already left on his slave ship. Ahsoka and Anakin jumped on his ship, and Darts released a beast called a Blixus. It attacked Ahsoka and Anakin and almost ate Skywalker. Ahsoka went to the bridge to stop the engines until Darts noticed her and pulled out a energy whip. Anakin defeated the Blixus and came to the bridge, where Ahsoka had Darts in custody. Anakin demanded where the slaves were, but when Darts wouldn't speak, Anakin pressed his lightsaber to his throat until Ahsoka calmed him down.
