The Light show
The Festival of Light was a Naboo tradition that celebrated the planet Naboo joining the Galactic Republic eight hundred forty-seven years before the Clone Wars began. Chancellor Palpatine attended this festival where he was nearly kidnapped by mercenaries hired by Count Dooku. The attempt was foiled by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, who was working undercover in disguise as bounty hunter Rako Hardeen.
