IG Lancer Droids, or Helios 3G Droids, were types of Battle droids that fought for the Droid Army during the Clone Wars. They were very rarely used, as they only saw action twice, the most notable of which was the Battle of Muunilinst under the Bounty hunter Durge. They were replaced by much the more reliable IG Lancer Droids, to whom they are very similar.
