Karkarodons were a species of sentient aquatics. Some, like Riff Tamson, supported the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Their homeworld is Karkaris.

Karkarodons resemble humanoid sharks that are very fast in aquatic environments and bear a great amount of physical strength. They have rows of sharp teeth, which they use to kill their enemies and as their primary weapon of defense.
