Morgan Elsbeth was a human Nightsister who grew up amongst the clans of Dathomir during the Clone Wars and later worked with the Galactic Empire. She at one point became an apprentice to Imperial Admiral Thrawn and assisted in the growth of the Imperial Navy during the reign of the Empire. Closely learning from Thrawn's ways while also retaining her skills as a Nightsister, she eventually came to power as the magistrate of the city of Calodan on the planet Corvus and ruled that city into the New Republic Era.
Behind the scenes[]
Morgan Elsbeth was originally created for the live-action TV series, The Mandalorian, and later appeared in Star Wars: Ahsoka. In both shows, she was portrayed by Diana Lee Inosanto, who reprises her voice role for the animated series, Star Wars: Tales of the Empire.
