Mortis was a planet enclosed in a monolith located in the remote Chrelythiumn System of the Wild Space, that was a conduit for the entire Force of the universe. It was inhabited by a mysterious, powerful family of force users known the Father, Son and Daughter. It was visited by Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka was later captured by the Son and was temporarily possessed by his dark influence, where she was pitched against her master in combat. Obi-Wan found himself in a crystalline cave confronting the force ghost of his old master Qui-Gon Jinn. Anakin was sent through several tests from the Father, who found himself attempting to act peacekeeper in the rising tensions between his children.

The Jedi approach the Mortis monolith
The planet itself was covered with mountains and caves covered with blue crystals. It's night sky was very clear and showed much of the galaxy. Much of the planet was covered with dead trees and decrepit ruins. The daughter was then able to rejuvenate the trees and brighten the sky in a demonstration of the force's true potential to Obi-Wan and Ahsoka.
