A Nano-droid was a type of microscopic droid small enough that they could be implanted into an individual's bloodstream.
History[]
A volatile type of nano-droid was used by Letta Turmond, who fed them to her husband in part of a plot to bomb the Jedi Temple hangar. She was instructed on how to place them by a traitorous Jedi, who later framed Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and led her to a warehouse where these droids were stored.
