Ratch was a male Rutian Twi'lek scavenger and captain of the salvage freighter the Raider. He recovered Asajj Ventress from her Ginivex-class fanblade starfighter after she was left to die at the Battle of Sullust. When Ratch refused to take her to Dathomir, she murdered him and his crew.
