The Separatist Droid Army was the Separatist's military force during the Clone Wars. The fighting force itself was entirely made up of battle droids provided by Seperatist leaders in the Trade Federation, Intergalactic Banking Clan and Techno Union. The Droid Army's commanders however were organic, the acolytes and bounty hunters loyal to Count Dooku.
Its fighting strategy was based on outnumbering the enemy, the weakness of many units compensated by number. The Droid Army outnumbered the Grand Army of the Republic in most battles it fought, altough it didn't insure them victory.
