I am afraid the new section on Palpatine's page is purely speculation for the time-being. None of that information has been confirmed, we don't know for sure if that is how it happened. We must wait until the episode aires so that we can guarantee the most accurate experience we can produce on this wiki.

As Sidious or as Palpatine?[]
Add his appearances as Sidious or Palpatine. Like "episode x" (as hologram, as Darth Sidious),...
Except... if he was identified as Sidious is Palpatine from the early seasons.
