Third Moon of Vassek was a moon orbiting the planet Vassek. It was located in the Outer Rim. General Grievous had a castle on this moon.
Description[]
Located in the remote Vassek System of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories, Vassek 3 was a moon that orbited the planet Vassek. Its landscape was marked by craggy, moss-covered canyons filled with dense fog.
History[]
In 20 BBY, Count Dooku allowed the Jedi to track Nute Gunray to the third moon of Vassek, though the Trade Federation Viceroy actually was not there. Dooku intended to test Grievous's competence to continue leading the droid armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Infiltrating the castle, it was all but destroyed by the Kaleesh general and his forces, with the survivors, Jedi Master Kit Fisto and his astromech droid, R6-H5, only narrowly escaping.
