Tikkes was a Quarren from Mon Cala. He sided with Count Dooku and became part of the Separatist Council.

Biography

During the Clone Wars, Tikkes allied with Count Dooku and joined the Separatist Alliance. He formed the Quarren Isolation League and travelled to the Mon Calamari Council and announced the Quarrens' joining the Separatists. This started a civil war between the Quarren and the Mon Calamari.
