Tup's mid-battle execution of Tiplar was the result of a premature activation of Clone Protocol 66.
She fought alongside her sister Tiplee and fellow Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker in a battle on a space station over the Separatist-controlled planet of Ringo Vinda. Their troops made substantial progress during the assault, but as they neared the Separatist command post, headed by Admiral Trench, Tiplar was suddenly shot and killed by Clone Trooper Tup, who suffered from a neurological disorder. Anakin and Tiplee withdrew their forces and had Tup transported to Kamino for medical evaluation.

Tiplar and Tiplee are both voiced by Anna Graves. Her design was based on an unused piece of concept art for a female Sith that Iain McCaig created for the film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.
