A Neimoidian envoy for the Trade Federation was stationed on a Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship that blockaded Pantora during the Clone Wars. He was the superior to Sib Canay, both of whom were involved in the kidnapping of Chi Eekway Papanoida, daughter of Pantoran chairman N. Papanoida, holding her aboard their control ship as leverage against the chairman. However, their plot was discovered by Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and Senator Riyo Chuchi when they came aboard their ship, learned of their dealings, and freed Chi Eekway. When he found this, he deflected any responsibility to Sib Canay and agreed to release Papanoida's daughter.
